The terrace was a superb place to sit, eat and admire the fantastic sea view. Apartment was light, clean, modern & comfortable with everything you would need, including delicious treats.
Loved that it was close to transport, shops & restaurants.Tony was a great host and responded promptly to our questions.

We loved our 8 days in this very nice apartment. Great location, we had water views, close to shopping, restaurants, ferry & beach, we couldn’t ask for more than that! Apartment looked very freshly painted, was very clean and comfortable, we really appreciated the start up groceries and wine.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in this comfortable, well furnished and well equipped apartment. The apartment is located in a delightful area from which you can reach the beautiful Balmoral Beach, the bus stop, shops and supermarkets in just a few minutes. We appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of Tony the host who in both initial contacts and all subsequent phases, provided us with the necessary information. We appreciated the complimentary food and drink items as well as a couple of Easter treats that Tony left for us.

I loved the view from the apartment and the lovely sunny verandah. The space was clean and nicely furnished. I was particularly pleased with the comfortable bed. Tony the host was very helpful, he left a few personal touches and a bottle of wine, I was really chuffed!

Well located, spotlessly clean, renovated and quiet unit in an upscale area.
I appreciated a number of things about this unit, including the qualities mentioned in my review title. Most importantly, Tony’s friendly hospitality and attention to detail made my stay here extremely comfortable, such as a sufficient number of hangers in the wardrobe, quality bathroom linen, and complimentary delicacies left in the fridge as a welcoming gift.

The unit was great, clean, bright and airy. with a nice view over Balmoral and the Pacific. Nice, functioning kitchen and bathroom. Tony was a most gracious host – welcoming and ready to tend to any needs. Also, public transport is about 200 yards away and you can catch the frequent buses to just about anywhere. This is a good value place, beautiful view of Balmoral Bay, one mile walk to Taronga Zoo, 10 minute walk to the beach at Balmoral and 5 minutes to the village – lots of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a 3 minute walk to Planet Fitness (I like to work out and they do guest passes). A 10 minute walk takes you to Balmoral and the beaches – one swim area open to ocean and one swim area with shark fences. Stop at the Boat House for breakfast and a Bloody Mary. And you can see the sunset over the beach from your patio table while sipping on a vodka and tonic!
