St Valentines Apartments accept visa & mastercard for bookings negotiated through its website with a surcharge of 2.5% of the amount of the base price charged. In addition the guest authorises St Valentines to deduct daily parking fees (if any) as agreed between the guest and St. Valentines.
Guests are requested to arrive with a print out of their booking setting out the payment status of their booking as evidence of pre-payment.
Make your requests known to St. Valentines before booking and an appropriate quote will be provided.
In the event that the guest booking has been negotiated throught a 3rd party booking site such as expedia, booking.com, AirBNB or any other such platform St. Valentines will honour any refund policy set out within the terms of the relevant booking. In the case of bookings negotiated through this site in the case of all bookings of fourteen (14) days or less shall not be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled no later than 2.00 p.m. on the day fourteen (14) days’ prior to the commencement of the booking; in the case of all bookings in excess of fourteen (14) days all cancelations made after 2.00 p.m. on a date twenty one (21) days’ before the commencement of the booking shall be subject to a cencellation fee of one hundred per cent (100%). These conditions as to refunds do not apply if the booking was made on a non-refundable basis. Save as set out in the foregoing St. Valentines shall not be obliged to pay refunds.
Payment shall be made in Australian dollars and may be paid by credit card (subject to additonal payment of surcharge as set out herein) or EFT within the terms offered and St. Valentines shall not be obliged to accept cash.
St. Valentines Apartments does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or destruction to any item or items of personal property bought into the premises by a guest including any loss or damage to a motor,vehicle whilst parked upon the premises unless such loss damage or destruction result directly from the negligence, recklessness, or deliberate act of St. Valentines its servants or agents.
All guests shall conduct themselves in a manner conducive to the safety, comfort, security and convenience of other guests and / or tenants in the St. Valentines Apartment building. Quiet hours between 9.30 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. are to be observed. Guests shall be deemed to have acted contrary to the safety, comfort, secuirty and convenience to other guests of the building by engaging in loud, vulgar or offensive and unruly behaviour, or engaging in conduct which inflicts damage or destruction on the premises or such conduct as might reasonably lead management to the fear that such damage or destruction to the premises will result or conduct which in the reasonable fear of the management might result in the making of complaints about the conduct by guests or tenants of the building or the neighbourhood generally. Guests must ensure any persons invited to the premises or upon the premises with their permission shall observe the requirements herein. Failure by guests or their invitess may result in summary termination of the license they enjoy to occupy the premises during their booking and resultant forcible ejection from the premises.
Entry to Apartments at St. Valentines is by way of self entry, keys are available from key safe and are to be retained by guests during their stay and returned on conclusion. Failure to return keys may result in additional charges for duplication. Guests are asked to ensure that upon each exit during the stay the keys are taken with them as we may not always be available to provide door opening services in the case of key loss / leaving keys in rooms; in such cases guests will be responsible for the cost of locksmiths to re-open room doors.
